ADAPTIVE AND FUNCTIONAL FITNESS

How does our programming work?

Our Adaptive Fitness Program is designed to accommodate athletes with both physical and developmental disabilities. We focus on creating customized fitness programs that meet the unique needs of each individual. Our expert trainers work with you to ensure that you feel confident and safe during every workout, so you can achieve your goals and become the best version of yourself.

What do our classes look like?

Our expert coaches guide our athletes through a structured program designed for adaptability.

WARM-UP

We start with a full-body warm-up that prepares our athletes for the workout of the day.

STRENGTH TRAINING

Strength training is part of almost all the workouts. We focus on strengthening muscles that are used in daily activities.

WORKOUT OF THE DAY

The workouts change each session and are designed to be functional movements. We adapt workouts based on each athlete's ability.

What sets us apart as the most effective fitness program for individuals with disabilities in the area?

One thing that truly distinguishes our adaptive programs from others is our unique approach involving cycles. Our approach involves progressive stages. In the first week, we emphasize practicing proper form. On the second week, we intensify by gradually increasing the weight. Then, in the third and final week, we aim for achieving the participants' individual one rep maximum. To ensure continuous strength improvement, we meticulously record their progress and provide them with the necessary support.

OUR LOCATION

Our fitness program is currently based at CrossFit Syndicate in Waterford Wisconsin. We provide adaptive equipment and a safe, accessible environment for our participants to engage in physical activity. Contact us to learn more about our facility.
